The food was exceptionally good, but the rest of the stay left me less satisfied. We spent two nights and two days at this Udaipur hotel. The room was okay, though the water heater often didn’t work and the toilet needed better upkeep. It was affordable, but I’d choose another option if one were available. They included tea and coffee, but even a small item like a stirrer was missing. Those little details need attention. For me, it was just an okay stay.

It’s very close to City palace, and our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff were really supportive. I’d give it 5/5.

The room was poorly cleaned, with stained bedsheets and an unhygienic bathroom. Food arrived cold and late as well. Check-in took too long, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. A very bad stay, and a waste of both time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Even for basics like a towel or dental kit, we had to call someone from service. The room and washroom weren’t properly clean, and the extra bed item they provided seemed unhygienic.

We had breakfast and dinner included in our package, and the food was good. The place was clean and service was good too. The boys were always smiling warmly. A really nice place to stay.
