The room smelled very bad throughout our stay, and the duvet and mattress weren't clean, so sleeping was uncomfortable. Cleanliness was extremely poor, and maintenance and hygiene were very disappointing. The geyser wasn't working properly, which caused problems with hot water. Even the water bottle wasn't fresh. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve cleanliness and basic facilities.

It's a family-friendly spot with a clean, hygienic setting, suited to a quick stop or a longer outing. Conveniently located on Road, it offers travelers and locals a comfortable mix of hospitality and good taste. The restaurant has a wide selection of freshly prepared food, from traditional Indian meals to popular fast food.

The rooms were clean and tidy, each with an attached washroom and a geyser. Every staff member was very nice, helpful, and supportive. The hotel was amazing 😍.

We stayed for two days. The food tasted really good, and the rooms were clean with very fast service.

I had a very bad experience at Hotel Sunrise Palace, Udaipur. My booking through Ixigo was confirmed, but the hotel first refused to let me check in. After a lot of discussion, they provided a room, but its AC wasn't working. I told the staff several times, and they did nothing to fix it. The service was very poor, and the staff weren't cooperative at all. Totally disappointed, not recommended!
