Hotel Westend

One note about breakfast: the buffet is available only when room occupancy is high. When we did have breakfast, it was fresh, hygienic, tasty, and offered a good variety. Service was smooth and timely, and the food quality was well maintained. The staff were professional, polite, and cooperative throughout our stay. Manju was especially attentive and courteous, handling her responsibilities efficiently and keeping the service running smoothly. The staff's hospitality added a lot to the experience. I was satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

I spent three days at Hotel Cosmos Westend and especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious, and the calm, beautiful ambience made it a relaxing place to be. The rooms and common areas were neat and comfortable, and the hotel was clean, well maintained, and hygienic. Staff were polite, helpful, and well behaved throughout. It was a very good, comfortable stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Udaipur.

Mr Rahul went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Our suite was spotless, and the price was quite reasonable. The reception has a no-frills look, but the rooms won us over. Breakfast choices were a little limited but definitely filling. The location worked well too, with basic essentials close by, and just 10 minutes from the cacophony and narrow alleys of the pichola area. I'd happily stay here any day.

I booked two executive rooms for three days, but the stay had several problems. Breakfast was repetitive and fell short of expectations, with almost 80% of the items the same each day, usually bread and butter, upma/poha, puri bhaji or chole puri, and aloo paratha. One room had no hot water because of a persistent geyser issue, and switching rooms didn't solve it, despite multiple complaints. The bed sheet was torn from day one and housekeeping never changed it. Wi-Fi was so slow that working or browsing smoothly was difficult. I'd consider this hotel only as a last option, or if there are no other alternatives.
