Raj Darshan Hotel

The spa service was beyond my expectation, and the rooms themselves were decent. Still, staff were more attentive to foreign tourists at breakfast, leaving us feeling overlooked. We were treated poorly when we politely asked about a room upgrade on the phone, which left a bad impression. The light switches and fan regulators also had issues that affected our comfort. The property has potential, but it needs better staff training, equal attention to guests, and improved maintenance.

Dinner was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The room design was nice and service was good. We could hear loud chopping and the air con humming because our room was below the kitchen. They moved us quickly and without stress, though it still wasn't quiet. Breakfast was ok, but always seemed a bit soggy.

The staff were incredibly helpful with local recommendations and booking restaurants and taxis. We really enjoyed our time here: the rooms were clean and comfy, and the rooftop bar had lovely lake views. My only request is more aun beds by the pool, as there were only two! :)

The ground level restaurant was good, while breakfast was ok. Our lake facing room was on the fourth floor, but there was noise the whole time. At night it got more disturbing, with loud sounds of tables and chairs moving and vessels being moved after the restaurant upstairs shut down. The hotel is at the very very end of lale Pichola, not very close to the famous places along the lake.
