Jeel Pearl Hotel

The care the staff showed really stood out. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, exactly as pictured or better. It was calm and relaxing after a long day, and the hotel offered great value with excellent service and a warm, home-like feeling. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is close to all the important spots, including Bagore ki haveli, gangor ghat, city palace, and jagdish temple, and the budget pricing is a plus. Everything looked just like the pictures. My room stayed spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the visit. The friendly, efficient staff made me feel welcome right away, especially the front desk team. Mr Tarun at the front desk was absolutely fabulous, and the owner was very helpful too. Everything was excellent, and you can book without thinking twice.

After three days at Jeel Pearl, I found it a very pleasant and welcoming place to return to after exploring. The rooms were clean, service was attentive, and the property had a lovely atmosphere. Its main advantage is the location, close to most of Udaipur’s major attractions, so getting to the lakes and local markets was easy and saved us travel time. A nice, easy stay in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

The staff weren’t cooperative at all. When we raised the issues, they said, “It is what it is, you can look for another hotel if you want,” which felt very unprofessional. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and looked used, the room smelled bad, and it was very uncomfortable to stay there. The room was also very small, with no proper lake view like the pictures showed. The online reviews seem fake because the actual experience was completely different. We booked expecting a good stay, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone planning a good trip to Udaipur.
