The staff were polite, and Ujjwal at reception and the head chef really stood out. We stayed with family from Jan 25 to Jan 29, using two rooms. The property is away from the main city, so it was peaceful. Our rooms were a good size with the basic amenities, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets had decent variety and good hygiene. I’d recommend it.

The garden is a lovely place to watch the sunset, with views of the Aravalis and Sajjangarh fort, and the property itself has a beautiful view of the fort. There’s also plenty of room for events: the garden, poolside, open dining area, and large banquet hall with lighting, dining space, and washrooms could suit different functions. The indoor dining area handled plenty of guests at breakfast. Rooms are spacious, neat, and come in different categories, and the food is good. Staff were cooperative. The terrace may be useful when the weather allows, perhaps especially during monsoon. For the approach, use the road or public transport towards Sajjangarh fort. In the last 150-200 meters, skip Google Maps’ first left turn and continue until it reroutes you to the next left, about 50 meters ahead, to avoid a rough stretch. Jai hind

The wedding we hosted for my son at Hotel JUSTA SAJJAN GARH UDAIPUR was magical and stress-free. The venue looked breathtaking, the decoration was impeccable, and the food was exquisite. The team managed everything seamlessly, with friendly, efficient staff who went above and beyond. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable, breakfast was delicious each morning, and the amenities were excellent. It’s conveniently close to major attractions, too. Highly recommended for a wedding.

The view of the monsoon palace adds a lot to the location, and the staff were friendly and quick to help whenever we needed something. Our suite was a good size and the jacuzzi was nice to use, though at times there was a foul smell from the washroom. There was also a vent in the room that was easy to open, which felt dangerous. I forgot to take a photo. Breakfast had a good spread and tasted nice. We ordered gatte ki sabji for lunch on arrival because we were too tired to go out, but it was below average that day, though it could have been a one-off. It was a pleasant stay overall.
