The facilities were great, and the team made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Manager Ankit was professional, helpful, and made sure things ran smoothly. Housekeeping also did an excellent job. Praha and Prince were kind and attentive, and kept the room and facilities in great shape. My Downtown- Kudos is well managed, and I'd recommend it for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was only okayish, and its high price wasn't justified. We also found the bathtub comically small, hardly a premium amenity. For what we paid, this was shockingly poor value and nowhere near the 3-star experience we expected. Noise was constant because our room was next to the kitchen, with hammering and knocking coming through the walls at all hours. The sofa-cum-bed was soaking wet when we arrived and stayed unusable for our one-day stay. Visible moisture damage on the walls added to the neglected, damp feel. We paid for what we thought would be a premium retreat and got a noisy, damp room and mediocre service.

The view was spectacular, and the restaurant was lovely. Bhupendra Singh looked after us so attentively. We enjoyed the tandoori chicken more than any we'd had so far on our trip, and the visit was so nice that I've booked to celebrate my birthday here.

Our rooms were clean and hygienic, and everyone was welcoming and courteous. Mr Ankit, Prahlad, Prince, and krishna helped make sure we had a good time at kudos by downtown. We had an amazing stay, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Krishna and Vishnu really made our day with their exemplary service in the dining area. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. A fantastic hotel for a stay, and I'd gladly visit again. Thank you.
