Sanjeev bhaiya, the owner, went above and beyond. He helped us plan our itinerary, book rickshaws, and organize our visits efficiently. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our five-day Udaipur trip. The hotel's location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from City Palace, Lake Pichola, Gangaur Ghat, Ambrai Ghat, and several popular cafes and restaurants. They even managed to get us a room during the rush season, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed with an aesthetic touch. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views, great service, and delicious food, a lovely place to relax after sightseeing. One of the best hotels in Udaipur, thanks especially to the warm hospitality and staff behavior. Highly recommended!

We kept coming back to the rooftop restaurant because the meals were freshly cooked, delicious, and well priced. We ate there every day of our seven-night stay, with lovely views from the top floor. The hotel was also a great base for exploring the city, and our room was roomy with a good hot shower. The hosts and staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything. We had a great New Year stay.

We especially enjoyed the food: it was freshly made, varied, distinctive, and not too heavy, with attentive service. The rooms and rooftop have a lovely look, and both the owner and staff were very kind. We became friends with Sanjeev and shared a really special time at New Hawelii. The hotel is in a great spot, close enough to walk to the main sights but in a quieter area. It was clean, very affordable, and welcoming. The hotel and restaurant were highlights of our time in Udaipur, and we'd happily recommend staying here.

I accidentally left my camera behind and called the hotel to ask about it. They checked straight away, found it, and let me know right away. Then they packed it carefully and sent it to me without any hassle. Their honesty, quick response, and care really impressed me, and I'm grateful to the whole team. I had a wonderful stay in Udaipur a few days ago, with helpful, polite, supportive staff throughout. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rajeev Bhai was especially supportive, and the food was excellent. We had a beautiful four-night stay in a spacious, clean room. Highly recommended.
