The manager was good and had the best suggestions, which would be helpful to you. There was a small hot water issue, but it didn’t bother us much. The hotel is budget friendly, so students and families visiting Udaipur should give it a try. Thanks for the service, we had a good enough experience overall 👍😊

It’s a decent hotel with the amenities you need. The staff are friendly and room service is quick. Being in the city center makes it easy to get around, and V-Mart and Reliance Mart are nearby if you’ve forgotten to pack something. I had a good stay and was satisfied.

The good parts were the staff’s nature and the restaurant food, which was nice. The rest of it was a frustrating stay. OYO showed suite room photos but booked us into a normal room, and they were overbooked, so they told us to adjust somehow. The OYO helpline wasn’t much help either. My girlfriend was with me, and we felt we had no choice but to stay. The shower and washroom jet didn’t work, they wouldn’t give us more than one soap, and we had to keep asking for water.

The food was just okay, and I’d suggest they improve the management. The blankets weren’t clean, the geysers didn’t work, and the TV set-top box was out too. I reported these things several times, but was told they’d get it working. Hot water was finally provided for bathing on the second day.
