Pax Hotel Udaipur is in a convenient spot for exploring the city, and the service was quick, smooth, and well managed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and maintained well, and the ambiance was calm and good for unwinding. Mr. Pravin Kumar Chauhan was kind, professional, polite, and very cooperative, which made the visit better. The ladies staff in the cafeteria were friendly and very cooperative, and kept the service great throughout. Highly recommended for a family visit or a short stay. I'll definitely return!

The 24 hour check in was helpful since we arrived early in the morning. We were first given room 105, then had to move to 101 because the bathroom flush didn't work. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement: the bed sheet and pillow cover were stained, and we had to remind them repeatedly to change them. Please share feedback based on your own experience, not because the Manager asks. When we left, he didn't even look at us, as if the job was done and it was time to kick us out. Thanks.

Everyone at the hotel helped make our visit memorable, especially Kiran and Praveen, who went out of their way to make us feel special. We were welcomed warmly and professionally, and the service was attentive and quick. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hospitality was wonderful. I'd highly recommend the hotel for cleanliness, comfort, and service. Thanks to the whole team, we'll definitely visit again! ✨

The night staff really stood out at Pax Grand Blue Hotel. They were kind, polite, and ready to help with a smile, and their professionalism made the stay more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere pleasant, and the service great throughout. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this welcoming hotel.

The breakfast quality and variety weren't what we expected. We also found stains on the bedsheets, which made the stay uncomfortable, and the room wasn't clean or properly maintained for hygiene. Cleanliness fell below basic expectations. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in housekeeping, hygiene, and food quality so future guests have a better visit.
