The restaurant and lobby both had a scenic mountain view, and breakfast came with a good range of quality food. Our room was spacious and had a wardrobe, steamer, and the other basic amenities ready to use. Service was satisfactory, and I liked the stay overall.

The food had a nice variety and was delicious, and service was excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with everything we needed. The peaceful, elegant atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the staff were courteous and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful time at Platinum Royal Excellency Hotel and would happily stay again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

Room 107 had a spacious balcony where we could sit and relax. The room itself was comfortable, well maintained, and spotless from the bed to the bathroom. Service was quick, and the staff were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Manisha, the supervisor, and the housekeeping team, Manoj and Ganesh. Manoj, Nikhil, and Mohan were the best. We had a very relaxing stay and would love to visit again.
