Radisson Udaipur

The rooms were spacious, the staff polite and helpful, and the food tasted good. The hotel sits above a mall, so shops and places to eat are easy to reach. Breakfast could use more non-vegetarian choices. The pool area was a letdown: even in winter, when it wasn’t being used much, it needed basic upkeep. Pigeons were everywhere, with feathers in the water and droppings around, which didn’t feel hygienic. My room view wasn’t pleasant either, since the river in front looked more like a drain. Decent overall for the room and staff.

Service opinions seem mixed here. Some guests describe warm, helpful staff and efficient service, while others mention slow housekeeping or front desk responses when things are busy. The resort sits near Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aravalli hills, with large grounds, gardens, a pool, and elegant indoor spaces. Rooftop dining is popular for the lake and hill views, especially around sunset. There are several restaurants and bars: Aravali Roof Top Restaurant has a romantic setting, Wok by the Lake serves Pan-Asian dishes, and Neel Mahal and Aangan Terrace Bar offer Indian, continental, and casual food. Room service runs 24/7. Food quality and choice are often praised, though prices and portion sizes get mixed reactions. Breakfast is usually described as lavish and enjoyable, especially when included, but service can get busy during large functions.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Service felt smooth and professional throughout. A very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend the hotel.

Ms. Ankita brought a lot of energy and cheer to the service. She worked from morning until night, handled every order efficiently, and made guests feel comfortable and valued. Her warm smile, professionalism, and positive attitude made our stay even better. Employees like her are a real asset. Thank you, Ankita maam, for taking such good care of us. We had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Udaipur, and the service overall was excellent.
