The one thing I missed was a tour of the property, which couldn’t happen because weddings were taking place there. Otherwise, the Sunday brunch at Raffles Udaipur was excellent. The chefs came over and took my order based on what I liked, and all the cocktails were well balanced. The buffet was extensive, with live counters, and the property had lovely ambience and live music. Rahul (Banquet Manager), the F&B Manager, Yash (Assistant Manager), the supervisors, and associates were all attentive. Thanks to them and the kitchen team. I’ll definitely visit again.

Mr. Deependra from housekeeping was such a kind person. His warm smile, polite manner, positive attitude, and genuine care meant a lot to us. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Raffles Udaipur, with fabulous food, luxurious ambience, exceptional hospitality, and breathtaking views throughout the hotel. We’ll treasure the memories and hope to come back.

The restaurant team, Suraj, Karan, and Pradeep, were gracious and delightful, while Anu gave me a fantastic spa treatment that left me relaxed and rejuvenated. The Butler team was wonderful too. Raffles made us feel comfortable at every turn, with friendly staff, excellent service, delicious food, and a royal atmosphere and setting. Words don’t quite cover the experience. I’d encourage anyone looking for a vacation getaway to check it out.

The spa and rooms were 10/10, and the gardens were lush. The whole property was beautifully maintained, with lovely amenities. It felt majestic, romantic, picturesque, and luxurious. One of the best experiences of my life. Thank you!

Riya at the main entrance was warm and knowledgeable, and gave us a great introduction to the property. The rest of the team, including staff whose names I didn’t catch, were outstanding too. We loved the butler service and the Lal Maas was the best I’ve had. For once, the minibar wasn’t chargeable, which few places offer. They also made our anniversary special with a personalized video. Thanks, Team Raffles 💕 One booking detail really needs fixing. The “lakeshore room” option is at a separate lakeside property, not the main island resort. The name is misleading, and it should perhaps be called Raffles lakeside. You need to take a jetty from there to reach the main property for the evening Aarti, cultural programmes at night, or breakfast. I booked a lakeshore room but was fortunately upgraded to the main property, probably because occupancy was low and I’m a gold member. If I’d stayed lakeside, I might have left or paid extra to upgrade. Please change that lakeshore room misnomer 😃
