The Amar Mahal

The food had an impressive range and tasted excellent, and the clean, well-kept pool was a nice place to unwind. Our stay was comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which was a real plus for hygiene.

What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, very polite, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel was also exceptionally clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

The property was clean, well cared for and thoughtfully managed, which made the stay easy and comfortable. I noticed the attention to detail across housekeeping, the front desk and the restaurant. Service felt seamless, and every interaction came with a smile. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a real effort to welcome me. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out, and they were always willing to help. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable stay. Thanks to the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable.

The location is the strongest point. Autorickshaws are easy to find, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. But I wouldn't recommend Trully by Amar Mahal after my stay. We had repeated power cuts, switches were awkward to reach, and the fan regulator only worked at its highest setting. The AC didn't work on our first day, so I was moved to another room the next day. Rooms are small for the price, cleanliness fell short, and the food was only average. Service was very slow, staff often needed three or four requests before doing something, and they weren't helpful because they seemed to lack knowledge. The bathroom had everything except conditioner. My ratings: stay 2/5, cleanliness 2/5, staff 3/5, food 2/5, location 5/5, rooms 3/5. I managed to stay through it thanks to Mr Yogesh Salvi, Ms Pinky Sharma and Mr Shashi Sharma, who cooperated with me. Thanks to them.
