They wouldn't provide a towel or a shower kit. I was so angry that I'd have chosen a dharamshala over this place. Don't even consider staying here.

The staff behaved very badly, and I found the hotel worthless. One of the worst places in all of udaipur city. Stay here and your trip could be spoiled.

I had a terrible experience here. The staff's behaviour was bad, and I personally wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

The service and experience were very bad. They took us for granted and told us to move to another one of their hotels, which was much smaller and dirty. Cleaning wasn't done on time. Don't pay upfront, because after that they acted as if we had to accept things as they were.

My room was dirty, and there were no slippers. The behaviour was rude, and when I complained about the noise, they argued without a proper basis and told me to shut my business because of my noise concern. A very bad experience.
