The rooms felt cramped and were extremely small, and there were no windows. Getting between the first floor and the ground floor was awkward too, since there was no proper internal walkway and we had to go through the restaurant. Parking wasn't available, and the washroom flush didn't work properly. Housekeeping missed stains on the table even after cleaning. The kettle was dirty, with rust and scaling (kshar), which felt unhygienic. Basic items were missing, including tissues, a washroom door mat, and a spoon or stirrer. When we raised this, we were told, “we provide if you ask,” which was unacceptable. They describe it as a three-star hotel, but the service, facilities, and cleanliness didn't meet that standard. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Ambani ghat, fateh sagar lake, and city palace are all around 3-4 km away. The rooms are clean and well looked after, and I liked the facilities. Good value for money, with good service and staff. Worth considering.

Mr. Shiva understood what a corporate conference needed and handled the arrangements really well. The projector, seating, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all set up and served right on time, which helped make the conference effective and lively. I attended an official conference at Bella Vista Hotel. The ambience was sophisticated and well maintained, and both the food and staff were supportive and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Shiva for the effort and support. I'd be happy to hold another meeting here.

Rahul Ranawat was especially responsive and provided outstanding service. The staff were excellent, and the rooms were neat and clean. A great hotel to stay at when visiting Udaipur.
