The terrace was a beautiful, peaceful place to unwind after a long day sightseeing in Udaipur. I found the whole stay at Laviska Palace comfortable and relaxing, with a calm atmosphere. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were neat, hygienic, and thoughtfully arranged. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable stay in Udaipur.

Loved this hotel, everything was perfect. Jodh Singh, Lakshmi mam, and Surya veer gave the best service. Highly recommended.

This stay left us with a sour taste of our Udaipur holiday, and our money felt wasted. Service was very bad, even though they claim to offer 24x7 in-house food service. It was especially poor, and I think families travelling with kids may regret staying here. The amenities felt stingy: for example, the toilet hand-wash was diluted with water to save money. Staff didn't seem trained in hospitality. The WiFi didn't work, and repeated complaints got nowhere. The AC also wasn't working; after several hours of complaining, they moved us to another room. Don't take their word for the complimentary breakfast either. They served cold poha and nothing else. A very bad experience overall. If this post helps anyone avoid the hotel, it will be worth sharing.
