We asked for cut fruit at 6:00 am because of our flight, and the team arranged it promptly without fuss. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and both the food and service were very good. We had a smooth, enjoyable stay and would recommend the place.

The rooftop at Hotel YOIS is a lovely spot for sunset, with especially breathtaking views then. The contemporary design also nods to local culture, and the dining was a highlight, from the traditional breakfast spread to the evening meal, with authentic flavors and careful presentation. Thanks to General manager Mr Parvinder for the hospitality. From the lobby onward, the atmosphere made the stay feel memorable, and the staff's proactive attention made us feel like VIPs. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and equipped with the modern comforts you'd expect from a high-end hotel; the pool was a great place to unwind after sightseeing. It's a convenient base for seeing the City of Lakes, with City Palace and Saheliyon-ki-Bari within reach and away from the heaviest tourist traffic. For a family holiday, business trip, or vlogging expedition, Hotel YOIS offers a seamless, high-quality stay. One of Udaipur's best hospitality experiences, in my view. Highly recommended!

The rooftop pool is a real plus if you're after a cozy, lazy break. The staff were great and the food tasted good. Our room was clean and had the necessary amenities, though it didn't quite meet our expectations and could have been better. Still, the hotel was good overall.

The staff seemed helpless because of management policies, even with the problems happening on the floor. The buffet needs a lot of work: limited choices, below-average taste, and no live kitchen for fresh, hot food. Both the fresh juices and cut fruit had a strong, unpleasant garlic flavor, possibly from shared cutting boards or knives. For the price, it was a disappointing experience.

The location made it easy to explore Udaipur, and the restaurant service was excellent. We found the food delicious, with a good range of choices, and the staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The property is beautifully kept, with clean, comfortable rooms and a relaxing feel. We had a great stay and would recommend it for a pleasant, comfortable visit.
