Holiday Heaven Munnar

The staff at Holiday Heaven Resort helped us when we were stranded late at night. We arrived around midnight after driving 300 km with my wife and our two children, aged 2 and 3, in terrible weather. Our confirmed, prepaid MakeMyTrip booking wasn't in the hotel's records because the platform hadn't synced with their blocked dates. The resort was full, but the receptionist and crew still found us a villa, even though it was under maintenance. They were humble, professional, and very helpful, and the midnight team took care of my family. MMT let us down, but the Holiday Heaven crew got us through the night. The location is beautiful, and the staff really showed they care about people.

We arrived late but still enjoyed our time at Holiday Heavens. The place has a soothing atmosphere, pleasant weather, and a good setting for children, and we were made to feel welcome and treated well. The one thing that left us a bit disappointed was the missing campfire. We had expected one, but they couldn't arrange it for some reason. Otherwise, we had a good stay ❤️❤️

The online rate is much lower than the walk-in price, and they charged me more without telling me about the difference. When I raised it with resort Manager Sanjo, he was sarcastic and didn't help. He blamed the owners for the price variation and said he was only an employee and couldn't do anything. Don't walk in here, you could be cheated.

I was disappointed by the drinking water setup during my recent stay. The complimentary bottle was loose and not sealed, while another sealed bottle cost ₹30. I expected drinking water to be free, so paying extra for it felt unnecessary and left me dissatisfied with the service.
