I found the stay disappointing. The manager was hard to approach and showed too much ego, and there was no proper coordination or communication. We also had no hot water in the bathroom and weren't provided drinking water. The service was very poor. Please don't visit this hotel.

The staff were very rude, and the charges seemed all over the place. Some people were charged 500, others 800, and some 1000. This isn't a good lodge. Don't go to this hotel, the staff are bad too.

We couldn't get hot water during our three-night stay, and there were nine of us in total. Outside food wasn't allowed, which was inconvenient for our group, and they wouldn't store our luggage even when we offered to pay. The washroom had no soiling washroom, which seemed ironic in a coastal place like Udupi. There was no privacy: anyone could come into the room at any time, even at night, and that felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The manager was rude and arrogant, with no respect for guests. There was no hospitality or customer care. I wouldn't recommend it, especially to families or girls.

We were initially made to feel unwelcome. The owner and manager were rude, and cut our planned three-night stay down to just one night. The room wasn't very clean, and the price felt high given both the cleanliness and the way we were treated. I really don't recommend it.
