The bed was comfortable and worth what we paid, 1200 for a non-AC room. Room service is available too. The TV wasn't working during my stay, but everything else was okay.

The rooms smelled awful and weren't clean, and the photos didn't match them at all. Staff and the receptionist were very rude. They spoke nicely while taking payment and checking us in, then wouldn't provide what they'd said they would and became aggressive and rude. I wouldn't visit again.
We barely slept, maybe two hours, because there were so many mosquitoes. The TV was deactivated, and although staff said it had been recharged, the screen still asked us to recharge. They also advertised a king bed but gave us a queen. MakeMyTrip didn't respond when I contacted them. This was the worst hotel I've experienced, and I wouldn't recommend booking here.
The Veg Crispy was my favourite, with a crunchy coating and well-seasoned vegetables, and there were plenty of dishes to choose from. My friends and I, eight of us in all, had lunch at Hotel Shambhavi near the Old KSRTC Bus Stand on Sunday. The unlimited veg and non-veg meal was ₹199 per person, which sounded hard to believe, but the offer was real. The food was quite good for the price. The soup tasted off and none of us liked it, and the prawns curry had very few prawns. Still, it was a good-value meal with some hits and misses.
The room had cockroaches in the washroom and no proper ventilation. It was really suffocating at night, and the rooms weren't good.
