Hilton Tower

We were on the third floor and had to use the stairs because the lift wasn't available. In the room, the washbasin and door handle were broken. Their own restaurant wasn't worth ordering from either, the food was even worse than the service. Hygiene, service, management, and staff all seemed to be missing. A very poor hotel. I regret staying here. 1/5.

We've had good stays in other OYO rooms, but this one was a real letdown. The TV didn't work, and we waited two hours to switch rooms. Staff were slow and inefficient with our problem, taking two hours over something that could have been sorted in 30 minutes.

The stairs had paan stains in the corners, and the bathroom ceiling and room paint were damaged. The towels were terrible, there was no bathroom exhaust or floor strainer, and the handle was broken. The room smelled awful, the linens were bad, and the bathroom was dreadful. There was no water at first, though it became available later. No packaged drinking water was provided. On request, they gave us some from a cooler outside the hotel. The lift wasn't working, even though our room was on the third floor. The first impression was poor too. I've been complaining since morning about room 306, but heard nothing from the hotel or OYO. My 16-hour stay has been a nightmare, and I hope OYO comes up with a solution. There was no option to give zero stars.

I paid in advance through MMT and had my booking receipt with me, but when I arrived the hotel refused to check me in. They said they don't accept online bookings and denied that I had a reservation. They told me to contact MMT customer care, even though the problem was on their end. I had a booking, so they should have given me a room.
