We only booked the room for a few hours, which worked out really well. It was clean and good for the price and location. We didn’t sleep there, and the bedsheets weren’t to my liking, though maybe they gave us that room because they knew we wouldn’t be sleeping.

The room and washroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the sheets and linen smelled bad and had stains. They didn’t provide basic toiletries or even towels. Nothing basic was taken care of, and we were left struggling with everything ourselves. I had a miserable experience here. Calling this a hotel doesn’t feel right; it seems like they’re taking advantage of people in the name of Mahalakshmi.

The rooms were clean, including the washrooms, and the service was great. It’s a good option near Mahakal Temple. Pratik Bhaiya was very helpful and ready to assist guests.

The toilet seat was broken, and the walls were shedding putty. The staff were no help. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, and we had to argue with them for at least half an hour before they changed them.

It felt suffocating, and there was no cleanliness or hygiene. They didn’t even keep basic things like handwash or shampoo in the washroom. Please don’t plan a stay here.
