The breakfast was delicious, and the view was stunning. I also appreciated the spacious bathroom, quality toiletries, and other thoughtful touches. My room had lovely linens and a comfortable bed, and the staff were attentive from arrival. With first-class amenities and a convenient location, the stay was relaxing and far better than I expected.

I found Pallav Guest House easy to reach and within walking distance of both the temple and Kshipra Ram Ghat. I was in Ujjain for Mahakaleshwar darshan, and had a great stay. The staff were polite and supportive. If you're going to visit the temple, I'd suggest staying at Pallav Guest House.

The atmosphere at Pallav Guest House was peaceful, even with the temple area so close by, and it felt a bit like home. The staff were friendly and helpful, including with an early wake-up and directions for local sightseeing. My room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities. The short walk to Mahakaleshwar Temple made it easy to attend darshan and aarti. It was an affordable, well-located stay in Ujjain, and I'd choose Pallav Guest House again.

There was no food service, and my room didn't have water, a glass, or a dustbin. When I asked, I was told I needed to request those basic items. The room was much more cramped than the photos suggested. The bed creaked, cockroaches were roaming around, and the bathroom was tight. Its exhaust fan sounded like a helicopter and wouldn't turn off. Don't book if quality matters to you.
