After we'd completed Dharshan of mahankal, they wouldn't even give us time to pack our luggage. They told customers, "iam not running hotel here for free." The rooms aren't good, yet they charge 2000₹ per room for 12 hours. The worst hotel I've ever visited.

The room was okay, but the bathroom was dirty and stank. A bad experience.

The room and bedding were both dirty, and the sheets looked as if they hadn't been washed in ages. The washbasin was clogged, and there weren't even toiletries provided. For this price, I expected much better. I left feeling like I'd wasted my money. :(

They refused to honor my booking, saying they had no confirmation, and told me to take it up with the OTA platform because it wasn't their problem. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. I won't book here again or recommend it to anyone.

Don't trust the photos, go and see the room for yourself. Ours was very dirty and in poor shape. Food orders were repeatedly forgotten, and tea or coffee only arrived two or three hours later, even after calling several times. When asked about the delay, staff kept saying they'd forgotten the order.
