The rooms are on the small side, though fine for a short visit to Ujjain. What stood out most was the staff, especially Sher Singh at the front desk, who was always ready to guide me and help with whatever I needed. Everyone else was just as helpful and approachable. Since the hotel is within walking distance of the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirling Temple, I didn't need to take public transport. It felt safe and convenient, and the hospitality is why I'd stay here again when I'm in Ujjain.

Mahakaleshwar temple is only about a minute's walk away, near Gate 1, and there are several good restaurants nearby. I was impressed by the warm hospitality at Hotel Royal Palace. The staff were friendly and professional from check-in through checkout, and they made a real effort to make me feel comfortable. It made for a welcoming, memorable stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Mr. Ajay made a big difference to our stay. He arranged an early check-in and gave us polite, helpful guidance on Ujjain sightseeing and temple visits. The rooms were comfortable, and the service overall was satisfactory. Hotel Royal Place, Ujjain is very conveniently located close to Mahakal Mandir, which made our visit easy and stress-free. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to people visiting Ujjain, especially for Mahakal darshan.

A clean, budget place that worked well for one night while we spent the day visiting temples. It's very close to the Mahakal temple seeghra darshan entry, and there are plenty of restaurants and tea shops nearby. Our room was clean, service was good, and the staff adjusted things to suit our needs. There are similar hotels around, so compare prices and pick the best deal. We didn't have hot water or tea or coffee in the room.

My wife and I found the service very good, and the whole staff made us feel at home. Ajay Chauhan leads the team. The accommodation was clean and good, and the location is convenient, with Mahakaleshwar Temple just a few steps away.
