The road to the hotel is so narrow that a cab can't reach it, and getting there is very difficult. Service was poor, the intercom didn't work, and there was no hot water. The lift felt dangerous. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.
We've been staying at this property regularly for the last four years and feel at home here. It's near mahakal temple and coridor, with Harsiddhi Mata mandir the nearest temple. The staff are gentle and polite, and cleanliness is great. We've had a great experience.
The rooms are clean, and the location is okay, near the temple exit gate. They don't provide bottled mineral water, shampoo, or a dental kit.
The bathroom was filthy, with a damaged toilet and water dripping. The hotel was very dirty, the staff were rude, and there was no parking. They also forced us to check out before the scheduled time.
The room and bathroom were filthy and smelled bad. Bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were all dirty, and it seemed like nothing had been cleaned. Cockroaches were everywhere, and there was damp and termite damage.
