After an eight-hour drive, we arrived to find out they said there was no reservation and no room, even though we had booked in advance through MakeMyTrip. We were stunned, and the way they handled it was very unprofessional. It felt like our room had been given to someone else to make a little more money. This place deserves no stars, if that were possible. Please don’t stay here.

I paid twice what the room seemed worth for its quality, so it wasn’t good value. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the bin still had someone else’s rubbish in it. The rooms all seemed the same to me, so I don’t understand why they’re sold as executive and luxury categories.

Check-in was easy, and they can also arrange an early one. The staff were cooperative, and the food was tasty. Had a really nice experience here.

The setting has the feel of a good resort, and it’s easy to get to. Owner Mr Dharmendra takes a personal interest in looking after guests and is really nice. One of the best places to stay.

I paid 800 for breakfast and got just one parantha, pohe, and tea. There wasn’t any buffet. The kettle wasn’t clean, and neither was the blanket. The rooms didn’t have any amenities. To me, this felt like a dharamshala, including the building’s design, rather than a hotel.
