Anirudhha Home Stay

Raj was sweet, and this was an excellent stay for the price. You won't get a lot of facilities, just a bed and bathroom, but that's enough if you're travelling solo and mostly need a place to sleep in Ujjain. It's still a good deal.

I arrived by train at 4 AM, and Raj was there to meet me. He was available around the clock whenever I needed help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the quiet, safe neighborhood makes it easy to relax. The main temple and ghats are a short walk away. I spent four days here and will return to this welcoming home in two weeks. Raj went beyond what I expected, and by the time I left, the homestay felt like home. I’d recommend it to anyone, it’s so much better than a hotel. His cousin, Maithli, and I used to sit on the roof, chat, and watch the sunsets as giant fruit bats flew past. Thank you! I’d say this is the best homestay in Ujjain.

The food was so good, prepared by Raj's wife/mother, and the place was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Raj, the owner, is very kind and supportive. I returned with my family for a second stay within about a year. It’s a calm spot for relaxing and offers great value for money on a budget. Without a doubt, the best place to stay in ujjain.

Mr Raj Gupta takes care of guests like family. He can guide first-time visitors and arrange autos at reasonable prices for visiting mandirs, which made getting around the city easier for us. The rooms are nice, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. A wonderful stay and amazing experience at what I’d genuinely call the best homestay in ujjain. Would definitely recommend it.
