Hotel Shree Dwarkadhish Palace

There were 8 of us, and the place worked well for our group. One room had 5 big beds and 2 bathrooms, so it was spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. We had a great stay here, a good option for families and groups visiting Ujjain.

The rooms are great, but the service is awful and doesn't match the high price we paid. There was no cleanliness: even after I called the cleaners three times, they never came. The washrooms were unhygienic too, and the bedsheets and pillow covers weren't clean 🤢🤮

Noise started around 3-4 am and kept me awake, and the TVs weren't working. The room had no dustbin, and even the mirrors were dusty. My bedsheet was dirty and wet. I asked for a change several times, but nobody came, so on the third request I went to reception. The staff were rude, and after an argument they finally sent someone to clean the room and change the sheet. Then that person asked us for money while leaving. The toilets and rooms were untidy, and the terrace restaurant was dusty on the tables, chairs, everywhere. Most dishes weren't available from the menu, so don't even think of eating there. There are other hotels for the same price. I wouldn't recommend this place. It has “palace” in its name, but there's nothing palatial about it. Waste of money.

The rooms were in very dirty condition, and they didn't change the bedsheets even after repeated requests. The manager and staff were rude and threatened that they'd call goons if we didn't pay extra bucks at checkout. Not worth it at all. Please don't check in here, the experience was very poor. If I could, I'd give them zero stars 💩
