The room cleanliness was a huge disappointment, from check-in right through to check-out 😑. Worst stay ever. I'm never coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮. My expectations were 5⭐, but the reality felt like 0⭐.

I enjoyed my stay at shre gangotri. The surroundings were nice, and the place itself was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities, and the staff were helpful. Mr.sandeep malviya was especially helpful, thank you!

The owner is good, but the staff brought my Ujjain darshan rating down. They booked a rixa for us at 800rs, apparently for their own commission. We later found out the rate is 500-600 max.

What stood out most was the short walk to Mahakaleshwar Temple. The staff explained how to get there in time and what to expect, so I managed to attend the Bhasma Aarti early in the morning. That was one of the most powerful spiritual moments I've experienced. After hours at the temple and ghats, coming back to a peaceful room felt so relaxing. The hotel had a calm, positive vibe, and both the room and staff were good. If you're coming to Ujjain for darshan, it's safe and convenient, with a lot of positive energy. I'll definitely come back. Jai Mahakal! 🙏

The door lock wasn't working properly, and there was no mirror in the room. The room wasn't clean or neat, and the bathroom had no hot water.
