Checkout was the worst part. We had agreed that I would leave at 12 PM, but from 8 AM I was getting calls and buzzes that felt like harassment. I’d already explained that the weather had made me unwell, and even offered to extend my stay and pay extra. They showed no understanding and spoke to me arrogantly and disrespectfully. After an unnecessary argument they finally agreed, but by then the damage was done. The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy. The in-house restaurant’s food was very poor too and not worth it. My experience was unpleasant from beginning to end. This place has no sense of hospitality, and I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. If being insulted and treated badly is what you enjoy, then consider it.

We were five people and stayed for two days in one room with two double beds. It was spacious and reasonably priced. The hotel is 1.8km from the temple, and autos are easy to find at any time of day. There’s an in-house restaurant too, with great service and food. I’d recommend it for families and friends.

The breakfast was awful, and people in our group felt unwell afterward. Some started vomiting. I can’t say how the lunch or dinner is, but breakfast was the worst. Even basic things like hot water, a water bottle or tea took repeated requests. We had to ask the staff around ten times before anything was provided. The staff were rude and didn’t know how to behave with guests. I had an extremely bad experience, and there was nothing good about this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Nandi dwar, and the rooms were really clean, with AC and hot water. There’s an in-house restaurant serving very hygienic food, and the staff were friendly and quick. A must-stay place.

The rooms have the facilities you need and are nice, and the hotel is close to mahakal corridor. But the area doesn’t feel suitable for staying with family, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a family visit.
