Mr. Manoj was a caring, cordial manager, and I send my best wishes to his team. The food was hot and tasty, especially the soft rotis and flavorful curries.

Check-in was unpleasant from the start because the front desk person was rude and unprofessional. Basic courtesy was missing, and when I raised concerns, they brushed them aside. My stay didn't match the hotel's online reputation, which I suspect is built on many fake positive reviews. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a very pleasant stay. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ujjain. 😄😊

The hotel is on the outskirts of Ujjain, a decent spot to relax during a short visit to religious places. Transportation to and from Mahakal temple was easy to get, and the location, service, and food were good. Jain food was available. Our room was good, though it needed maintenance: a curtain was missing, but the issue was fixed afterwards. Overall, a nice stay.

It's outside Ujjain city, so I'd only recommend it if you have your own vehicle. This is a banquet venue with rooms, and the cleanliness was average. The food wasn't up to the mark. Kaal Bhairav temple is about 5 kms away.
