Raam Ji is a wonderful, helpful, and well-connected person. His aim seems to be serving people, not making money. For any needs, I’d suggest contacting him rather than Mr. Rohit, who may not be as cooperative. Mansarovar Guest House and the Home Stay are about 200 meters from Harsiddhi Temple and 300 meters from the Mahakaal Temple entry gate, a very good location for a religious visit. Raam Ji, keep it up. Hope to meet you soon.

They charge like a 5-star hotel, but when we complained about the AC and the terrible food, they picked a fight with us. The food had been cooked by the owner’s mother. When we said we’d post a Google review, they replied, “We have 1,500 people at our disposal to fix reviews; your review won’t make a difference.” Their behavior was despicable.

The only good thing is the location. The rooms are tiny, and Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work. Everything else was pathetic. Similar rooms elsewhere cost 500-600, and there are lots of hotels near mahakal temple in that range. Don’t book here, or online.

I stayed here last week, and it was a very poor experience. The staff were rude and uncooperative, the rooms were very dirty, and the washroom was awful with no hot water. They knocked on my door at 9 for checkout, and there was no rickshaw service to pick up luggage. At check-in they’re very sweet, but after you pay, their real face comes out. Not suitable for a family stay at all. Don’t stay here.
