Being close to mahakaal temple was the one good thing about this place. The rooms are cramped, the bathrooms unhygienic, and basics like soap and towels weren't provided. Hot water was scarce, and the strict check-in and checkout times came with constant reminders to leave early. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms were in awful shape, with broken taps, a broken toilet seat and other damaged fixtures. The toilet was basically a latrine, the table was broken, and the sheets and pillow covers were dirty. Nobody helped carry our bags, and service and staff were terrible. They only seem to care about the money. If you care about your family's health and safety, don't stay in these rooms.

The room and bathroom weren't clean or hygienic, there was no ventilation, and the room had no table or chair. There was no service staff, and the owner was very rude. When I first asked about availability, she noted the time and set a 24-hour checkout, even though the room wasn't ready for me to move into. Then she charged me 500 rupees for checking out just half an hour late. Some of the photos online looked fake compared with the reality. The worst hotel I've stayed at, and I can't recommend it.

After just one day here, I can say it was the worst stay I've had. Once we'd checked in and paid, we were treated like criminals. Staff brought other guests in to view the room while we were still staying there, and there was no service at all. The owners and staff behaved terribly. The rooms were in very bad condition, and they kept switching off the AC themselves. They warned us to leave before checkout time. A really disgusting experience.
