Dear Cigad owner, after coming to your hotel regularly for 14 years, I’ve never had a stay this bad. The rooms weren’t cleaned, including the toilet, and the food at night was third-rate for the prices. Nothing was complimentary, and there’s no fridge in the room to chill beer. You can’t bring drinks in from outside at night, and the gate closes and lights go off around 8:00-9:00. After that it feels scary, like a haunted bungalow. The swimming pool is dangerous, and there’s no water filter. The filter machine has been shut for 2-3 years, so please don’t use the pool. At reception, Silverius Dimllo and Oniel D'Souza told me chlorine bleaching gets in your mouth. There aren’t proper facilities here, and the money feels wasted. People send Snapchat pictures and videos on WhatsApp to the manager so the place looks good.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights here in October 2025, and the hillside setting above the beach was lovely and quiet. The food was a real highlight, especially the fresh seafood cooked so well by the East Indian aunty. Everything tasted delicious. The staff were polite and helpful, and Mohite went out of his way to make us comfortable and keep the stay running smoothly. My family and I had an amazing time.

The whole team made our stay comfortable and memorable, with friendly service and real attention to the little details. Silverius and his team gave us such a warm welcome and looked after us from the minute we arrived. We really appreciated their care and dedication, and hope to come back.

It’s a peaceful spot up on a hill, a little remote, with the beach only 2 to 3 minutes away. We found the service good, and Mr. Mohit and the staff were well mannered. Hotel Cigad seems like a good choice for a group outing or a 2 to 3 day stay.

I regret booking CIGAD hotel and Resort. The food was expensive and had no taste, the WiFi was poor, and the TV in our room didn’t work. There was no room phone either, so you have to call from your own phone for help. There’s no DJ or play area, and the pool closes at 7.
