Such a disappointing stay. The view is good, but the service was awful. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and didn’t know how to speak to guests. My room was dusty and dirty, and the food quality was the worst.

We arrived at 1:30 in the morning while traveling to Harshil, Uttarakhand, as a group of six, and check-in was easy. They had warm water and blankets ready. The location and Ganga view were magnificent. The hotel was quite good, and we loved it.

I had a terrible experience here. The rooms were awful, the staff were awful, and there was no ventilation. It was 14 degrees outside and I still had this problem. Don’t book if you want to avoid the same miserable stay I had.

There are two room types, and the difference is huge. The three sharing rooms are pretty good and seem to meet OYO standards. The four sharing rooms, though, are pathetic.

The location is the one good thing, with a view of the Bhagirathi River flowing by. This is a guest house, not a hotel.
