The hospitality is on a par with a five-star hotel, and the meals feel wonderfully home-cooked. They serve everything with care, and everyone was attentive and very polite. Both the rooms and bathrooms were super clean and had everything we needed. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

The owners were especially nice, and the food was good, homely cooking. The hotel has a lovely view, and the rooms are really spacious, very clean, and good value for the money. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

Our trip was thrown into stress after all our planning because the hotel did not honor our confirmed reservation. We had booked two months ahead, but on arrival they moved us to another hotel without telling us beforehand or getting our consent. The alternative, Mountain View, was very poor and nowhere near the standard of the place we had booked and paid for. This was completely unacceptable and shows a lack of commitment to guests and serious mismanagement. I’d advise travelers to think twice before booking here.

We booked about two months in advance, but on arrival we were moved to another hotel without any notice. The stay there has been difficult: the electricity supply is unreliable and causing considerable inconvenience, and the bedsheets are dirty and unhygienic. This isn’t the service or comfortable accommodation we expected after booking ahead. Please fix these problems promptly and provide proper facilities.

A good budget hotel in Barkot for trips with family or friends. The staff are cooperative, and the food is tasty and hygienic. Recommended for travellers.
