After a ten-hour trip from Mumbai, I was refused a room at reception despite showing the confirmation and proof of advance payment. I’d paid ten days earlier and had repeatedly checked with the property that the booking was confirmed. Being left to deal with this in an unfamiliar city was mentally and physically draining, especially after taking those precautions.

A complete waste of the money paid for the stay. Fab said they’d solve the issue within 30 minutes, but even 48 hours after I raised it, nothing had been fixed. I’d advise against booking this hotel or using FAB as your booking partner. Worst experience.

The room was clean, but nothing else seemed to work. There wasn’t even a hotel sign when you arrive, so it’s hard to find. The entrance lobby was in awful shape, the lift had garbage in it, and there was no bin in the room. The geyser didn’t work, the flush was broken, and the bathroom door wouldn’t open from inside. At 8:10 in the morning the service boys were still asleep, so you had to wake them. They said breakfast would be delayed. The reception boy was sitting there in a vest, not fully dressed. Avoid if you can, it’s not worth even Rs. 1000.
