Everything else was good, but the washrooms smelled bad and need better hygiene. The rooms have a vintage feel, though they could use some upgrades, more charging points, a better furniture layout, and a good clean.

The hotel felt welcoming and comfortable, with impressive infrastructure, and the residential area around it made the location feel lively and safe. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Anil deserve a special mention for their excellent work. The food was tasty, though the tea needs work. At ₹50, it tasted watery and too sweet. I also missed having complimentary breakfast, and the toilet exhaust fans outside the rooms sometimes left an odd smell in the corridor. Those were minor issues alongside a very pleasant stay.

The rooms were okay, but this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Reception couldn’t find our booking, so we waited almost an hour. The receptionist was unprofessional and even went off to eat while we were still waiting there. Very poor service.

The hotel listing mentioned toiletries, but nothing was provided, not even bathroom slippers, a dental kit, or handwash. When we asked, they told us they didn’t have any toiletries. A horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s in a prime spot in Alkapuri, but the rooms were awful. There was no ventilation or airflow, just a bed and a bathroom. It felt so suffocating I couldn’t bear to stay.
