Mr. Rakesh deserves a special thanks for his professionalism, dedication, and support throughout the planning. He kept everything organized and looked after all our requirements. Our family is grateful to the whole team for making the celebration so memorable. We held our wedding at Prakruti Resort, and it felt like a dream come true. The decor looked beautiful, the arrangements ran smoothly, the food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable. Everything went beyond what we expected. Our families and guests were impressed by the hospitality, and the careful planning made the day stress-free. We were so happy with the experience and would recommend it for a wedding or other special event.

This was our second time holding a celebration at Prakruti Resort, and this time it was our kid’s birthday. The food was fresh, hygienic, delicious, and satisfying, with every preparation feeling top quality. Mr. Rakesh bhai arranged everything with care and attention to detail. His management and the excellent service made the event smooth and memorable, and he helped make the birthday special for us. We highly recommend the venue for birthday parties and other functions.

They held a room for me even though I hadn't paid or prebooked, though I don't know if that's something they normally do. The staff were polite and helpful, so I came away with a good first impression.

The food doesn't taste or measure up to the quality it had in earlier years, and the waiters' service was very poor and unsatisfactory. Improvements are needed. The chef didn't seem to know how to prepare Kashmiri pulav, and wasn't up to the standard of such a well-known resort.

We keep coming back because the Jain menu is so versatile, and there's no hint of onion or garlic in the Punjabi food. On this visit we had Punjabi Jain dishes, from soup and Hakka noodles to Roomali roti, naan, and paneer Handi. Everything was amazing. The manager and server took care of all our needs and served us such good food. We loved the hospitality and would recommend a visit. Thank you.
