You can walk to Vadodra Station from here. It’s a good place, though the rooms look worn out. They need some finishing touches to look better.

We had a pleasant stay in a clean room, and the staff were very good. One of the best options among budget hotels.

The building is a bit old compared with hotels that have modern amenities, but the rooms and washrooms were clean. The front desk was always helpful with requests, directions to tourist spots and arranging cabs. They offer food through room service, though there’s no in-house dining. Their sweetshop is nice too, especially the cashew-based sweets.

We’d prepaid for rooms in advance while coming back to Indore from Omkareshwar. Traffic held us up, and when we arrived late at night, the manager had given our rooms to someone else without telling us. He wasn’t willing to refund us either. We ended up roaming around an unfamiliar city at night with two-year-old kids, trying to find somewhere to stay. Such unprofessional service. Worst experience ever. Please avoid this hotel, or at least don’t book rooms online.

Worth every penny. One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited.
