We really enjoyed our two nights at surya palace. The pool was a highlight for the kids and adults alike, and a nice way to cool off in the summer heat. We were also given an early check-in and a room upgrade, which we appreciated. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had modern amenities. Staff were attentive and courteous. Hemal and her team deserve a special mention for spending such memorable time with our kids and looking after them so well. The hotel is conveniently close to the railway station and airport. We also loved the food, with lots of choice at breakfast and lunch and consistently excellent quality and taste. Thanks to the whole team for making our vacation memorable. We'd happily return to Grand mercure surya palace.

Hemal from Guest Relations made us feel welcome and arranged an early check-in, plus rooms next to each other. Ragini at the Front Office was just as kind and friendly, and sorted out a late check-out that helped since our train wasn't until later in the afternoon. We had a great couple of meals at the restaurant. Lunch and dinner were delicious, and service was top-notch. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. We loved our short vacation in Vadodara, and everything exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to coming back to Grand Mercure Surya Palace. This version sounds more personal, polished, and suitable for posting on Google, TripAdvisor, or a hotel review site.

Crystal Hall hosted a student get-together, with everything from breakfast through high tea arranged superbly. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff service was outstanding. Sunil Ravat, Vikram, mawite and Prem gave especially helpful, professional, and attentive support. Thanks to them and the whole team for making the event a success and giving us a wonderful experience.

Everyone in our group had a great time at dinner in Regal hall today. The food and drinks were delicious, and Mr Rambabu, Gopal, Melody, Prem Dondyal and his team treated us politely and promptly. I'd recommend it for a good get-together, with tasty food and humble hospitality.

The food was fresh and delicious, and everyone on staff was friendly and very helpful. I really liked the peaceful, welcoming feel of Grand Mercure hotel, and the staff took good care of everything.
