Their room options and policies feel like a dual standard. They have cheap online categories through MakeMyTrip and Goibibo that are below standard, and those rooms aren't mentioned on the site. They assign you a room that makes you feel like you're in a slum area. It's better to look elsewhere. You can get a better room nearby for 1500, while they charge 3k for a room that doesn't include the facilities available at the 1500 option.

I found the seating areas in the open space peaceful, a nice spot to relax. Hotel Prince Inn is clean, budget-friendly, and right off the highway, with decent rooms for a short stay and helpful staff. A good choice if you're passing through or need a quick stopover.

On my one-day stay at Prince Inn, even basic things were a problem. The water was so salty that bathing or brushing my teeth was nearly impossible. The sheets and blankets looked unwashed, the washroom was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and the mirrors weren't properly cleaned. There were three of us but only two towels. Reception staff spoke loudly and aggressively, which made everything feel worse. I was also shocked to see underage kids working as staff. If they fix these serious issues, Prince Inn might become a decent place to stay.

The location was good, and I found the room clean and the service great. There were a few small issues, but I still had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

We really enjoyed the food, especially the taste of the Daal Baati. It cost between 200 to 800, and the service was very good. Getting such good service at a low price was the best part for us. We enjoyed it a lot, and you should enjoy it too.
