The staff were helpful and behaved very well, and their hospitality made the stay comfortable. My room at Hotel Rainbow was clean, tidy and well kept. I had a pleasant stay.

The rate is great for the quality, and I’d choose to stay here again. It’s an easy walk from Broda railways station, which makes getting around convenient. The rooms are clean and pleasant, and the staff are very supportive.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Hotel Tulsi, where I was originally meant to stay, refused to serve me and sent me here. The two hotels seem to have some kind of tie-up. The service here was really bad in one respect: when we ordered food, we had to pay right away because they bought it from outside. There was no cupboard in the room, and the toilet facilities weren’t proper. It was dirty, with stains and dark spots everywhere. My room was on the 7th floor, and I noticed the stairs were locked and not in use. I wonder what would happen if the electricity went out. Never recommend anyone choose this hotel.

Very kind person. The quality and service are both very good.

No Wi-Fi, no clean water, and no power backup. The rooms are on the 7th and 8th floors, which made the stay horrible. Breakfast was Maggie and bread slices. Pps, don’t opt for this place.
