The restaurant was the highlight for me. The food was yummy, and the ambience and seating were very good. I hope things improve in future, because the room needs attention: it was small, smelled bad when I opened the bathroom door, and seemed as if both spaces had been shut for days. There was no bathroom ventilation fan, and the AC needs work. Paint was peeling, and putty bulging in places looked like a seepage issue. You can see these problems in the photos. The hotel's exterior looks very good.

The location is good, close to the railway station, and the room and its room service were good too. But my online OYO booking was a bad experience overall. I had chosen early check-in and was denied it, they didn't provide food bills, and customers seemed to be treated badly.

Very, very bad. I've never had a hotel experience like this. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The receptionist seemed full of attitude. We had already booked and paid through OYO when he told us he wouldn't give us a room if he didn't accept the discount OYO had applied, despite the hotel's OYO tie-up. A water bottle wasn't complimentary either. Please don't book here.

The hotel itself is good, but the administration and OYO seem to be operating on separate tracks, as if there's no agreement between them. OYO makes promises that the hotel administration can't fulfil. I had problems with early check-in and complimentary breakfast.
