OYO 80384 Hotel Shri Krishna

My suggestion is to never book this hotel. I had confirmed a room online 6 to 7 days ahead and called to check, and they told me the booking was confirmed. On the date, I called to check in within 15 minutes, but they denied having a booking and said they had no record of it. They told me to contact fab customer care, but no one answered my calls or responded. Make My Trip customer care picked up straight away and booked me another hotel, which was very good compared with this one. The receptionist was very rude. A very bad experience.

The room itself was in a terrible state. The linens and towels were torn, dirty, and unhygienic; blankets had holes and the pillow covers were disgustingly dirty. It smelled strongly of dampness, cockroaches were crawling around, and the washroom was shabby with extremely slow water. The whole property seemed run down and poorly maintained. Even before that, check-in was a mess. I had a confirmed pre-booking through Goibibo, yet the hotel refused to check us in for 2 hours because of its so-called child policy. It seemed like a Goibibo goof-up, with the hotel and Goibibo completely out of sync. After a long argument and wasted time, I had to pay extra for my 14-year-old child despite having already paid in full. There was no accountability from either side. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, a nightmare and a waste of money and peace of mind. The staff seemed unprofessional, and the hotel didn’t meet even basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. Goibibo’s poor service and lack of communication made it more frustrating. Not recommended.

The rooms are definitely good, but the washrooms need more attention. The permanent yellow marks on the WC suggest poor cleaning, so putting on a hygiene strap doesn’t make it right. The WC should be sparkling clean to help minimize infection risks, especially for ladies.

We paid 1800rs for one night, but there was no working AC and the room lights were out. Staff already knew about the power cut that day and didn’t tell us when we booked at reception. We checked in around 3 am and couldn’t sleep at all because of the outage. It was the worst night. Don’t book here in future.
