The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful all the way through, and made us feel welcome and cared for. Trip Mount Resort was peaceful and beautiful, just right for a relaxing Vagamon break. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. We had an amazing stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Vagamon. Hope to come back!

We had a campfire, and an independent artist performed a medley of lovely songs. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. Our cottage was beautifully done, comfortable, and very well kept, so the stay felt relaxing. The ambience and hospitality made the time memorable. A great place to unwind and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommended!

Trip Mount, Vagamon felt more like a peaceful home in nature than a typical resort, with lovely views and a calm atmosphere. The rooms were cozy, neat, clean, and clearly well cared for. Staff were approachable, friendly, and quick to help whenever we needed something, which kept us comfortable throughout. We had a really homely, relaxing stay 💙

The toilet was the only part that was properly clean. The sheets were stained, including some red marks we couldn't identify, and the replacements had the same problem. There was mold and dirt all over the curtains, the fan was covered in dust, and the doors were hard to open and close because of poor maintenance. We'd picked this resort based on the online photos, but the stay was bad, to say the least. The small restaurant had few food options and seemed to be run by a tiny team. The food we were served contained pieces of metal. When we reported it, they said the pieces came from a cleaning scrubber. The place looks good in pictures, but they need to take cleanliness seriously and maintain it better. We don't think it should cost more than 3500 Rs a night. Also, don't arrive early: there wasn't even a place for us to wait until check-in.

The view captures Vagamon's natural beauty and is truly breathtaking. We also enjoyed the good food, with great flavors in every meal, and the clean, well-kept pool was perfect for a refreshing swim. Our comfortable, well-maintained room gave us a nice place to relax. Most of all, the whole team was professional and attentive. Special thanks to Manager Mr. AMAN for his excellent hospitality and for making sure everything went smoothly, and to the kitchen staff for their hard work and delicious meals. We had a wonderful stay at Trip Mount Resort and highly recommend it to visitors to Vagamon.
