The lake on the property is beautiful, and there are little trekking paths around the campus that nature lovers can enjoy. We stayed in the Woodside Bungalow. It was a very good room, though quite expensive, and the food quality didn’t meet our expectations and could be better. We still had a pleasant time at the resort.

We went as a big group, with my family and my brother-in-law’s family, and Vagamon Heights handled both families really well. The resort’s layout and activities gave us a good place to spend time together and relax. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had what we needed. The views were breathtaking and the atmosphere peaceful. Every meal was flavorful, and both adults and kids enjoyed the food. We left with great memories and can’t wait to return. I highly recommend Vagamon Heights for a scenic, peaceful and welcoming vacation in Kerala.

We had fish curry meals that were really tasty, and the staff were cordial. Our forest-facing room gave the trip a surreal feel. We came for a day package and were the only guests checked in that day, so it felt exclusive. The property is very big, with remains of movie sets since a lot of films were shot there. There’s also an adventure park, where most rides cost a nominal 200, and kayaking was good too.

I planned a week here, but the calm and lovely climate made me extend the stay. There’s greenery everywhere, fruit trees and flowers, plus splendid views of the mountains and valleys and the sound of waterfalls. The air felt completely fresh and unpolluted, and I enjoyed long walks along the untouched paths. A must for anyone seeking this kind of place.

There was no crowd, and the serenity was at its peak. The property’s off-road jeep trip and incredible viewpoints were exceptional. It’s a wonderful escape from busy life and a favorite filming location for South Indian filmmakers. That does mean damage to the pristine environment is a problem. One of the directors was on site during our visit, and I really appreciated his vision.
