A clean, spacious room and friendly, helpful owners who looked after me well. Great place, and I'd recommend it to anyone. I'll be back.

The room was clean, the staff welcoming, and it had a balcony, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and electric kettle.

For a very reasonable price, I got a nice studio with a balcony and a good bathroom. This is a calm, quiet place surrounded by natural beauty, handy for chilling out. The host was really cordial, and communication was easy. It's just a couple of minutes on foot from the beach and Chapora jetty. You can rent a scooter or bike, which is the best way to tour Goa. Five stars for a budget homestay.

Edmund is a great owner, always helpful and ready to guide you if something comes up. The location is beautiful, nightlife nearby is awesome, and Chapora beach is quiet. I stayed at hummingbird apt about 500 metres before this, but still think casa de olga is the best place to stay in Vagator. There are some things that need attention. At about 7k a day, you'd expect basics like Wi-Fi. In the ground-floor deluxe individual room, plastic barricades block mobile signal and there's no Wi-Fi, so you have to leave the building to call or get online. That's painful at that price. Some utensils were dirty, with gravy-like stuff on two plates, and there was no pot to make tea, so I used a cooker. Please keep the usable utensils stocked for homestay guests. The cleaner coming every two days is fine, but having a broom in each room would let us clean when needed, and daily garbage pickup would be great. I'd still call it the best place to stay in Vagator if Edmund can make those improvements and help guests feel at home at casa de olga.
